Welcome to Viva Elafonisi! We’re delighted to have you as our guest and hope you enjoy your stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules.

✅ Respect the Property – Treat the accommodation as if it were your own home.
✅ Registered Guests Only – Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay.
✅ No Parties or Loud Noise – To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels low, especially between 22:00 (10 PM) and 09:00 (9 AM).
✅ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside. A €100 cleaning fee applies for violations.
✅ Check-In & Check-Out – Self-check-in is available; follow the instructions sent to you. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

⏳ Optional Early Check-In or Late Check-Out

If you’d like to request an Early Check-In or Late Check-Out, this is available for some of our properties (subject to availability and fees).
