House Rules – Viva Elafonisi / Yalos Studios

Welcome to Viva Elafonisi! We’re delighted to have you as our guest and hope you enjoy your stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules.

📌 General Rules

✅ Respect the Property – Treat the accommodation as if it were your own home.
✅ Registered Guests Only – Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay.
✅ No Parties or Loud Noise – To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels low, especially between 22:00 (10 PM) and 09:00 (9 AM).
✅ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside. A €100 cleaning fee applies for violations.
✅ Check-In & Check-Out – Self-check-in is available; follow the instructions sent to you. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

🔑 Key & Security

🔹 Lost Keys – If you lose the keys, a €50 replacement fee will apply.

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

🔹 Leave the Property Tidy – The accommodation must be left in reasonable condition upon departure.
🔹 Dishes & Trash – Please wash any used dishes and dispose of your trash properly.
🔹 Excessive Cleaning Fee – If the property is left excessively dirty, an extra cleaning fee of €20 per hour may apply.
🔹 Maintenance Visits – In case of emergencies (e.g., water leaks), our team may need access to the property. We will notify you whenever possible.

🚨 Respecting the Neighborhood

🔹 Noise Policy – Quiet hours are from 22:00 (10 PM) to 09:00 (9 AM).
🔹 No Parties – Any party or excessive noise will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

🚗 Forgotten Items & Storage

🔹 Left-Behind Items – We will store forgotten items for 14 days. After this period, they may be discarded or donated.
🔹 Luggage Storage – We do not offer luggage storage after check-out.

2. Yalos Studios

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM (15:00) via our self-check-in system. For more information, please visit the check-in page.

Check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you need any assistance during your stay, please feel free to contact us.

Early check-in and late check-out are not available for Yalos Studios.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund up to 7 days before
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Pets

• Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Parking

• Free public parking is possible in a location nearby.
