40% of the total amount of the reservation will have to be deposited up to 5 days after you have made your reservation. After that period the dates will be available again for a new booking unless you have contacted us. The remaining balance is to be settled the 1st day of your accomodation by cash / by bank transfer / or by paypal.
We do not accept debit or credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled or modified up to 45 days before check-in date no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later or in any case of no-show 40% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Free public parking is possible in a location nearby.
